Start Planning for the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal

For San Francisco fans of Jazz, now’s the time to start planning for the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal. The festival, which will be held from June 28 to July 7, 2018, in Montreal, Canada, recently unveiled an exciting new series of concerts for its 39th edition.

It features headliners Herbie Hancock and Thundercat, who will bring their perfect mix of funk, R&B, and fusion to the legendary festival. This also marks the Festival debut of singer/bassist Thundercat.

Leslie Odom, Jr., Jill Barber, Cécile McLorin Salvant, Terence Blanchard featuring The E-collective Virtuoso trumpeter,  and winner of the 2014 Miles Davis Award, Terence Blanchard, are just a handful of the other amazing performers that are set to perform that week.
