How did you come up with the name of the band?
My wife came up with the name. Shout out Renae!

How would you describe your sound?
Future Space Hip Hop.

When did you first become interested in playing music?
All three of us have been playing music since we were toddlers

What’s the strangest or funniest thing that’s ever happened to you at a show?
People having awesome sex in the front row.

What are you listening to these days?
SABA, Noname, Hiatus Kaiyote

What are some of your favorite Bay Area music venues?
Public Works, Monarch, Club Deluxe, Neck of the Woods, Yoshi’s, Ruby Sky.

What are some of your favorites hangs in the Bay Area and why?
Grizzly Peak, a good place to get grimy. Marin Headlands, a good place to meditate.

What does music mean to you?
Music is life.

How’d you guys first get together to play music?
Rico and Aunnoy met while at school in Chicago. Danny and Aunnoy we’re producing dance music in SF around the same time. We eventually decided to combine projects once our bass player quit the band.

What inspires you to write?
Life, people, my cat

What’s your favorite neighborhood in the city and why?
The mission in SF. Oakland is the jam tho.
