The Portola Festival announced its 2023 lineup minutes ago. The headliners of the electronic dance music festival include Skrillex, DJ Eric Prydz, virtuoso bassist Thundercat, Argentinian songstress Nelly Furtado, and many more.

With a discography that includes albums on Digital Nations (a Steve Vai imprint), music critic Louis Raphael has always kept a pulse on the San Francisco music scene.
