Noise Pop has announced in a press release that went out today that “Smörgåsbord,” a full day of free cultural programming at Swedish American Hall on Sunday, February 26, 2017. For a full roster of Noise Pop Festival events, visit http://noisepop.com/2017/.

On Sunday, February 26, Noise Pop Music & Arts Festival will bring the Sunday Smörgåsbord to Swedish American Hall, an afternoon of music-themed culture programming free with RSVP. The festivities will kick off at noon with Showga, which is yoga set to live music, presented by Sparkling Ice! The MailChimp Brunch Time Happy Hour will run from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and will treat fans to a complimentary beverage from The Bon Vivants. Afterwards, watch a live recording of the Noise Pop Podcast, which will be immediately followed by Litquake: I Thought It Sucked, where all-star Bay Area musicians, writers, and performers present dramatic readings of one-star reviews that trash the world’s most treasured music masterpieces. Music-lovers can comb through the vinyl of the 1-2-3-4 GO! Pop-Up Vinyl Store or take a trip through musical history with a collection of images from photographer and album artist John Scarpati. The full schedule for the day can be viewed here: schedule.noisepop.com/events/2017/2/26/smorgasbord.

Along with this day of free programming, Noise Pop has also assembled a list of free events taking place throughout the festival. Find all that here: free.noisepop.com.
