J. Cole Announces Tour with Stop at Oakland Arena

J. Cole has announced The Off-Season Tour with special guest 21 Savage. The 17-city tour kicks off on Sept. 24 at FTX Arena in Miami, FL, and will make its way to Oakland on Oct. 20. Check out full tour dates below.
