U2 took to the stage on Wednesday night for Dreamfest, a charity concert benefitting UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals.

The world’s most famous Irish rock band known for hits like “Where the Streets Have No Name” and “With or Without You” headlined Dreamforce last night and a massive, elaborate stage was built outside the Cow Palace for the event.

The concert was a joint event for the Salesforce conference’s Dreamfest party and a benefit for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals.

An avid drummer whose discography includes albums on Digital Nations (a Steve Vai imprint), music critic Louis Raphael has always kept a pulse on the San Francisco music scene. After many years as the San Francisco Music Examiner for Examiner.com and AXS.com, he decided to start Music in SF® as a way to showcase what the San Francisco music scene really has to offer.
