in Music News by

LA-based band Zipper Club, comprised of Mason James (Cerebral Ballzy), Lissy Trullie and Damar Daviswhose have announced a tour with Swedish indie rock band The Sounds which will see them play NYC, DC, Seattle, LA and more.

“Going The Distance,” released on June 24th on Epic Records, claimed the #1 Most Added title at Alternative this summer. The band recently completed work on their debut album with producer James Iha (Smashing Pumpkins, A Perfect Circle) and played a run of dates with Tears For Fears.

Clash magazine calls them “Feral, unrelenting rock music with a hardcore glean in its eye, there’s a hint of pop in those synths which helps the medicine go down.”
