Local Hero Marc E. Bassy Plays Private Party in San Francisco

in SF Concert Reviews by

Bay Area R&B singer Marc E. Bassy played a private event at Public Works in the Mission district of San Francisco last night. The evening was hosted by New Amsterdam Vodka and featured an opening set by DJ Orator as well as a swanky photo booth for that perfect Instagram selfie for those interested.

Marc, who just finished up a tour with Bebe Rexha, was returning from a series of shows in Europe. He is originally from San Francisco so was greeted with a warm welcome from the local crowd at the converted art venue.

His latest album, Gossip Columns, was released in October and features tracks with G-Eazy, Kyle, Kehlani and Hailee Steinfeld. The single from the album with G-Eazy, “You & Me,” has already gone platinum. We’re expecting big things to happen to our boy Mr. Bassy in 2018!

Check out an interview we did with Marc the last time he was in town with Bebe Rexha HERE.
