Halestorm and In This Moment brought their A-game to the Warfield last night, in a spectacular show of theatrics, wailing guitars and heart-wrenching vocals. I’ve said this before, but these days it’s the women that are rocking harder than the dudes it seems, and last night once again proved my point in exemplary fashion.
@halestorm killed it last night at the Warfield. That Lizzy Hale’s got some pipes on her! pic.twitter.com/rwIsew8CTZ

The combo of these two bands was something that had been simmering for years it seems and for good reason. According to Halestorm‘s Lizzy Hale:
“We’ve been wanting to put together a tour like this for a long time. We are a few of the hardest working women in rock, so the fact that we are all on the same stage every night is something not to be missed! We support and love each other, and we are representing our genre. This lineup is a beautiful display of what it means to be a strong female example for rock fans everywhere.”
And tonight’s performance was just that. A stunning display from start to finish of what strong women can do with a just a simple mic, some heavy guitars and whole lotta attitude. Check out some of our favorite photos from the event below and be sure to check them out as they come to your town.
