Hip Hop Legends Method Man & Redman to Play The Warfield Next Week

in Music News by

The legendary hip-hop duo of Method Man & Redman will make their way to the stage of the Warfield theater in San Francisco next week. The show promises to see Meth and Red breaking out hits from both albums they collaborated on.

The iconic rappers first achieved worldwide fame in the groups Wu-Tang Clan and Def Squad but then decided to branch out and go the solo route. Having both had tremendous success as solo artists (Method Man even went so far as to win a Grammy), they first decided to collaborate back in 1999, which resulted in the release of the album Blackout!. They then reunited ten years later to produce Blackout! 2, which paved the way for acting roles for each of them.

Method Man has appeared  in The WireCSI and Soul Plane, and Redman playing a role in Seed of Chucky. Together they starred in the film How High and the Fox sitcom Method & Red.

Don’t miss the opportunity to see this legendary duo as they tear up the stage of the Warfield because who knows what kind of surprise guests may make an appearance.
