The Beaches

The Beaches Release Debut Album and Prepare for San Francisco Show at UC Theater

Toronto rock band The Beaches have just released their LP, Late Show. To help promote the record, the band will embark on a North American tour supporting Death From Above. The Beaches were personally selected by Death From Above to accompany them on their tour, which kicks off in Ottawa on Oct. 19, hits New York on Oct. 25, rolls through Los Angeles on Nov. 15 and concludes with two dates in Toronto Dec. 1 and 2. Comprised of sisters Jordan and Kylie Miller (on lead vocals/bass and guitar/backing vocals, respectively), Eliza Enman-McDaniel on drums, and Leandra Earl on keyboards, guitar, and backing vocals, the quartet has already released two EPs, toured the UK, performed at Canadian festivals including Festival d’été de Québec, Osheaga and WayHome, and opened for such acts as Eagles of Death Metal, Alvvays and several other acclaimed artists.
