Dagny Releases Video for ‘Wearing Nothing’

in Music News by

Dagny’s “Wearing Nothing,” a single that has already rumbled the charts, is bound to get bigger with the release of today’s music video. On “Wearing Nothing” Dagny had this to say:

“When we were getting video treatments for ‘Wearing Nothing’ earlier this spring everyone kept sending treatments that ended with ’..And then Dagny takes her clothes off.’ I would laugh, because some of them were just wild. The song is called “Wearing Nothing” but it’s not just about wanting to be naked with someone. It’s about wanting to be completely bare with someone and to be as close as possible both emotionally and physically even to the point where a piece of clothing feels like too much in-between. I believe it’s my most intimate song to date.”

About the the video’s creative direction she chatter with Refinery29 and said “I guess it’s something in my head I’ve always imagined, this amazing La La Land meets, an old Fred Astaire movie. You’re with someone and then you’re totally in sync and everything is great and then time passes on and runs its course and you come to an end. But by then meeting someone new that doesn’t necessarily diminish what you had.”

Dagny is currently on tour . See below for complete dates.
